Some people will never stray from a recipe book when they cook, others, like me, like to invent. These recipes are all my own inventions, and have all been tried and tasted.
I'm posting a new recipe on the site each day, so keep on coming back for more ideas. Above all, remember to use your imagination when you're cooking. Recipes are great to get ideas from, but it's so much more interesting to invent your own.
